Askal Club is an AKF community service program formed to elevate the status and welfare of the Filipino dogs. The word askal is coined from the two words “ asong kalye” meaning “dogs from/in the street. Most however, are not stray but pets that are freely roaming the neighborhood.
The Askal Club provides free vaccination services, spay and neuter, medical treatment and check up. Through this club, AKF promotes responsible pet ownership, bite prevention, care and compassion towards the Filipino dog.
